How to replace an iTouchless odor filter

Short answer: Open the trash can lid, open the filter compartment, swap the used charcoal pad for a new Green Piece pad, and close everything. The pad adds no fragrance; it absorbs odor through activated charcoal.

1. Open the lid. Lift the lid and locate the filter holder or compartment on the underside.
2. Remove the used filter. Slide or lift out the old charcoal pad. Discard it with household trash.
3. Insert a fresh Green Piece pad. Place one new rectangular pad into the holder so it sits flat. No tools.
4. Close the lid. Make sure the compartment closes cleanly and the lid seals as designed.
5. Replace when odor returns. Follow your pack’s directions. How long a pad lasts depends on how full the can stays and how often you empty it.
